Jannelle's room

This is a 12x12 unfurnished room in a house of 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bath. The house is located about 3 minutes from freeway 99 and easily accessible to highway 132 if you commute to the bay area like we do. This home is located in a quiet, calm, and safe neighborhood of Salida.

I am the owner of the home living with my sister, her boyfriend, one other roommate (who we grew up with), and my kitty. We are in our mid to late 20’s. We are always home and are looking for, preferably a girl, to rent out this room. You will share a bathroom with myself and our other roommate. My 2 younger siblings are always at the house visiting and sometimes stay the night as well. Our family or close friends are always over and for our safety, we ask that you do not invite people over or have guests overnight. We are all pretty chill and are mostly homebody’s.
