Beacon Harbor Point Luxury apartment building. Looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom 2 full bath waterfront apartment. You have your own bathroom. There’s a balcony overlooking the sound. Outdoor heated pool, common/work areas, gym. In the harbor point neighborhood, restaurants, events, farmers market on Sunday, live music in the summer. Trolley stops out front to go downtown. Rent negotiable for the right fit. The room is available from February 20th to August 2nd. Possibly longer if I resign my lease.
About the roomies
I’m a 29 year old female. I work as a dental specialist. I’m active and eat healthy. I keep the apartment clean. I work 5-6 days a week and am out of town every other weekend. I have the sweetest one and a half year old dog, he stays with me in my room.
