The Space: 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. We are renting One Bedroom. NO pets allowed.

A Security Deposit of $800 is due to secure spot. First month’s rent is due on move in date. Application fee is $25.

We are a young couple, but we don’t party or smoke. Both professionals. We are very clean and organize. Our work schedule is typically 9-5 pm. We rarely have overnight guests. We are all between the ages of 26-35 y/o.
