Large kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, which flows into the dining room and living room. Fireplace in the living room. Ceiling fans throughout. New washer and dryer. Conveniently located a few steps from the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion, pools, walking/jogging/biking trails, and shopping plaza.

I’m looking for a roommate to rent out the guest room starting on March-April 2021 for a minimum of 6 month. I work from home, but I don’t use the kitchen and shared living space very often.

The layout of the apartment allows roommates to live 70% separately. Noise from the shared living space is mitigated by the spacious room design in the master bedroom. That means cooking a late night snack should not be an issue! The only potential issue will be the location of the washer+dryer. It is right outside of the guest bedroom. I don’t mind using a public laundromat for $50 more in rent a month.
