This spotless bedroom has a Queen size bed. FEMALE SINGLES & STUDENTS ONLY. I want to help you like someone helped me!! Your room is very private as you have your own hallway and the bathroom is only 2-3 steps from the bedroom. NEW blackout blinds that lift up from bottom for full sunlight or you can bring shad all the way down and at the top you can bring it down giving you privacy ti dress but still light. Landscaping needs to go in and patio will begin to be built soon. The bed has a 3“ feather bed on top with a luxurious down comforter. Sheets & towels provided. The closet is HUGE!!!! 5ft x5ft with three bars. Storage above rods. New smart tv with swivel inside armoire. This is a spacious 2,000 sq ft home all new. Pantry and refrigerator/freezer space. All utilities will be covered by me unless it’s REALLY high which it hasn’t been so far. I’ve only lived here 6 months and I am still settling down. No guys in the bedroom and you can cook a full meal if you desire. Guests 1-2 nights a week please. I’m pretty much house bound and rarely go out at night. It makes me sound old but I’m a cancer survivor and fatigue from all the chemo. A/C run at night it the air isn’t cooling down at night. The house stays around 68-70o. It’s a very quiet home and lots of space to do homework. Even a full size be made into a porch swing. It’s very comfy.

I l live alone, just me and I’m offering what would normally be a $900 room rate for $750 in exchange for 3-4 hours a week of light errands or watering, getting mail out of box etc. I’m 63 but everyone says I act like I’m 50. I like to have fun. I need help 1/4-1/2 hour a day many days none at all. Because of the care I need I am looking for a full time student or works full time and maybe classes at night.
