My partner and I are closing on a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo at the end of February and would like to rent out the smaller guest bedroom to another low-key, LGBTQ+ friendly individual starting in March (earliest move in date March 14th). We both work a ton with varying hours and are hoping to have someone who isn’t into partying at home. Non-smokers (weed and cigarettes) only please. We have one small dog.
