Maple Ridge Apartments has a swimming pool, sauna and a well equipped workout room. All appliances included including washer and dryer. It’s in a good quiet location. Close enough to everything you ever need and still be off the main traffic. Close to I-205 and the airport.

We have one room available with a connecting bathroom. There’s a walk-in closet between the bedroom and bathroom. I have my own bathroom upstairs. My 26-year-old son would have to share the bathroom. He’s a very clean and respectable young man. He cleans up after himself, leaving no mess. He takes up very little space in the bathroom.

My bedroom is located upstairs in a loft combination bedroom/ bathroom. There is no door but there is still a lot of privacy. I put privacy curtains up to give a sense of it being a closed bedroom.

We do sometimes stay up until midnight or so but after quiet hours of 10:00 we keep it down. As it is we never turn anything up really loud including our voices (we are both very soft spoken but can be talkative but in a good natured way) we keep things at a reasonable volume.

Me and my 26 year old son have been living at Maple Ridge Apartments for 10 years. My daughter is moving out soon so we’re looking for a young adult who wouldn’t mind sharing a place with my son and his older (60 year old) mom.

We’re both very chill quiet people. My son is like an “old soul.” I am like “young at heart.” We mainly spend our time at home watching Syfy, gaming, or quietly into our own devices.
