Three rooms in a 4-bedroom SFH for rent. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood near the intersection of Jimmy Carter Blvd and Lawrenceville Hwy. Cul-dec-sec location so no through traffic. Excellent school district (Arcado Elementary/Trickum Middle/Parkview High School).
The rooms are furnished for courtesy. The patio and the deck is spacious and private. You feel free to relax and spend time there. You have access to all kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. There are plenty spaces in cabinets and refrigerator. Parking on driveway or off-street.
Master bedroom is $800 per month and secondary bedroom is $600 per month all utilities included. Single professionals/students who have a good habit of cleaning are welcome. Credit check is mandatory. No pets, no smoking please.
About the roomies
Landlord is out of town most of time. She count on the housemates to take care of the house and get along with each other.
