This is a lease renewal/ tenant change, so potential roomie must be willing to sign a lease agreement for 12 months and jump through the verification hoops that all complex agencies require. $1075 rent includes $30/mo. pet fee Located in downtown Sammamish, right across the street from a bus line, Safeway, Trader Joeβs, banks (BECU with actual people!), pet stores, and TONS of food choices. Short drive to access I-90 or SR-520. This unit has a great view of the sky and mountains from the extra large balcony. Quiet complex, especially at night. Easy 1st level access to front door but 2nd level privacy off the balcony. Inside, youβll find a cozy room w/large closet and a full bathroom all to yourself. Shared kitchen and living space, but separate groceries. The unit tends to stay pretty warm in the winter and semi-cool in the summer due to South facing windows. Washer and dryer in unit! Cat and dog (<25 lb.) friendly : ) Complex is also smoke friendly, meaning on the balcony (not inside). I really like living here, and itβs actually an affordable price considering the area, but a stable and adequate income is necessary.
