Nice three bedroom house in Shelby Township. We’re just looking for a third roommate, we each pay $533 for rent and then equally pay for utilities and other shared bills. Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a third person to take over our spare bedroom in our 3-bedroom house, our current roommate is want to move back home before June 1st.
We’re both 20 and would prefer another girl around our age, ideally a college student. We’re looking for someone who is easygoing, respectful, and gets along well with others. A clean and drama-free living environment is really important to us (we’ve had a negative experience in the past with a messy and rude roommate), so we’re hoping to find someone who values a peaceful, clean friendly home.
You’ll have your own private bedroom, and all common areas are shared. The house is fully furnished, so everything you’ll need is already here, just bring your bedroom furniture and whatever decorations.
