Nice room for rent in Accokeek, MD. Right next to 210 and close to the National Harbor, Alexandria and within 30 minute drive to Virginia and Washington DC. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. House conveniently located down the street from fast food, grocery and gas station. The room itself is newly renovated and includes all utilities, internet and cable and laundry. The environment is very quiet and laid back and has everything you need. Looking for someone that is easy going, respectful, clean and pays on time. I am okay with pets on a case by case basis.
