About the room
It is the master bedroom with a walk-in closet with a shared bathroom. There is a balcony and washer and dryer in unit. The apartment is very quiet and we are located on the 2nd floor. There is alot of space. My roomate will be staying. Also plenty of parking. There is a credit check as you would be taking over my part of the lease. Lease ends October 24th.
About the roomies
Roomate works nights is very respectful and works fulltime. Plays 2k alot or just watches movies. Very clean never had issue with chores or anything.
