About the room
Primary bedroom lease takeover in a new 3 bed 2.5 bath ~1100 sqft townhouse conveniently located in the Birchwood neighborhood. Close to I-5, Fred Meyer, Costco, WCC, BTC, Netos, walking trails to Birchwood + Little Squalicum parks and so much more. Bus stop literally 10 steps away. Would be great for a student, couple, or hospital employee.
You’d have the primary bedroom, attached full bathroom, and closet upstairs (the entire 3rd floor) along with access to the front-load in-unit washer/dryer and downstairs common areas. Full bathroom on the second floor is mainly used by the other two bedrooms, half bathroom downstairs is for everyone. Great water pressure and hot water supply.
Free parking pass comes with the unit and there is also ample street parking. Landlords allow one parking spot per person, permits are issued accordingly (a couple moving in would get two passes for the room). Second vehicles and guests typically park on the street. There is free indoor bike storage available that we haven’t used but our neighbors enjoy it.
Cost is $950/month plus utilities (~$75 depending on time of year). W/S/G through rent portal, electricity through PSE. Room opens June 18 (can be flexible a few weeks in either direction for the right person). 12-month lease ends on September 1 with an option to renew. If you’d like to renew you’d have to do so with new roommates downstairs as Jonny and Shailoh will be moving out in September. Security deposit equal to one months rent was paid by us upon move-in, we will leave it with the unit.

About the roomies
Two roommates, Shailoh 21 and Jonny 21. Shailoh is in the Marines and Jonny is a mechanic. They’re both chill and looking for a roommate in a similar demographic.
