The house is very clean and well kept with stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. The available bedroom is on the first floor is furnished and very is spacious. 5 minute walk to metro, 10 minutes from downtown DC,15 minutes from Washington Reagan Airport, and 2 minutes to 295! The environment is very peaceful. Rent will be $850.00 per month for the lease term. If you love your stay at the end of your term we can discuss a possible extension. Utilities and Wi-Fi are all included. The room comes with a queen bed. The street is quiet with lots of on street parking. The property is also equipped with security cameras on the outside.

I am very clean, quiet and organized. I work 5 days a week and stay to myself most of the time.
