The apartment is in Cabbagetown, Atlanta. A wonderful location within walking distance of Krog Street Market, restaurants, shops, parks, etc. The apartment complex is small, only 12 units total, and only a few years old. The Apt is 790 sqft, has great water pressure, with all new, updated stainless steel appliances. A large spacious balcony, facing west so you get a nice sunset view through the trees. Water, electric, gas bills are all separate (water you pay directly to the landlord) all the utilities including wifi are always under $100 per person. There is a small parking lot in the back with two visitor spots and you can get your own spot for an extra fee per month, but, there is plenty of street parking. I have parked on the street for the entire time I have lived here and never had an issue finding a close spot. This place is truly a hidden gem. The first two months rent of March and April will be at $775, until it raises to $895 when the lease renews at the end of April.

I am a young professional; I work in the film industry so I work 12 hour days 5 days a week. Because of my long hours, when I get home in the evening I like to just be able to shower, eat, and watch some netflix/go to bed pretty early, so I am pretty quiet. On the weekends I’m more social and love to be outside, go hiking, go out, paint, etc. I’m very clean, and having a clean kitchen and bathroom in a shared space is very important to me. This place is a steal, don’t miss out!
