Oak Park, IL - Apartment is in large, converted Victorian house. This is great for a professional or grad student. We’re fairly clean and quiet. If you’d prefer that, you’ll fit right in.

Your bedroom is a huge, sunny double room (15 x 30). Oak floors, good closet space, recently remodeled bathroom, laundry on premises, easy walk to Green Line EL and other necessities. Oak Park is a centrally-located suburb, which has easy access to both the city and suburbs. There are city conveniences, yet we are located in the heart of the central historic district in a pleasant, residential neighborhood.

Rental agreement is month-to-month, so there is no long-term commitment. Parking is available. A background check is required (for which I’ll pay).

With a lower monthly rent, the roomie who moved out was able to pay off all his debts and save enough to buy a house!
