This is a house rented by the rooms, and NOT OWNER OCCUPIED…meaning, there is no owner around to bug you everyday!! The master bedroom is currently available for single occupancy- you will have your own bathroom with huge tub and walk-in closet. This is a 5-bedroom house with 4 rooms currently occupied singly in a MONTH-TO-MONTH lease. House is located in a corner lot with street overlooking your windows. House includes refrigerator and washer/dryer. House also has common two 60-inch TVs included: one in the living room downstairs and in the man cave upstairs. Only 5 minutes drive to Raley’s, Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Burlington Factory, McDonald’s, Restaurants and Shops, etc. Lowest Crime in Stockton area. All roommates are working professionals, and no students. Great for a quiet and private place to stay. NO WORK FROM HOMES allowed. We require that common areas are kept clean for the convenience of all.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS Requirements are as follows for renting the room:
- Verifiable income of 2.25x the rent
- No evictions or judgments from a landlord in the last 5 years.
- Current checking account
- We use automatic rent collection via online processing service. Rent is due on the 1st day of the month.
- For your safety and safety of other renters in the house, you agree to a criminal background check in addition to a credit check.
