This is a private room with balcony access and lots of natural light. It will be unfurnished at move-in. Washer/Dryer is in unit. The apartment is in a safe neighborhood, walking distance to WWU, a convenience store, and many bus stops (one is ~3 min walk away) to take you anywhere else in town. The shared bathroom has a bathtub. All appliances work and maintenance is up to date. No smoking is allowed indoors or on the balcony. ESA/service animal of any species is welcome.

Hi! My name is Ally and I’m looking for someone to move into my spare bedroom as early as May 1. I’m a recent WWU grad and now I’m finishing up prerequisites to apply to medical school. I’m almost done with the third ASoIaF (Game of Thrones) book, I’m in Fall Out Boy’s top 1% of listeners every year, and I work in healthcare part time.

For cleanliness I try to keep shoes in the entryway, and otherwise nothing but furniture on the floor. My goal for dishes is nothing left in the common area or the sink by the time everyone is asleep. I sweep, mop, and fully disinfect the bathroom 2x per month. I have guests over a lot during weekend afternoons/evenings, and I’m happy to have your guests over including overnight as long as I can’t hear anyone from my room by the time I go to bed at ~11pm.
