Hi and happy room hunting! I have a room available for rent in my 2900+ square-foot home on a quiet street in the Natoma Station district of Folsom. This downstairs bedroom has laminate flooring with a connected full private bath which has a shower, the dimensions are 12’ x 13’ plus the closet (Note: The room photo shows a furnished room however the room will be unfurnished). Shared kitchen, laundry, and family room. There is a swimming pool in the back yard with a lot of trees which gives it a park-like feel. Utilities and WiFi included. Also, there are several modern pinballs on site. The home is approx. 2 miles from Highway 50, 2 miles from the Folsom outlets, 2 miles from old Folsom, and less than a mile from restaurants and grocery stores. There are stairs leading to the front door of the property with some really nice views at the top!

I am a 49-year-old male and I have two dogs and a mostly outdoor cat. I am a production manager for a remodeling contractor and work weekdays till three.
