single story, next to green belt. quiet area. in travisso community. 2000 sq ft home roughly.

my car gets the garage, yours can go in front of house. the street is a private drive, no thru traffic.

we have community center with pool and gym. we have walking trails.

the home is furnished, just not your room.

i took new job in austin. i spend 20 percent time in my dallas home, 80 percent here. sometimes i go out of state for work, about once a quarter for a week.

your bedroom has network wired jack.

no tv, just streaming available. netflix, prime, apple plus.

i am vegetarian, sorry no meat allowed in my home. you might consider other place unless you are vegan, vegetarian (ovo lacto), or can go out and eat and remember to not bring leftovers back. i know, sorry, but this is not negotiable.
