Furnished and Private Studio in House for rent in U-District (UW Seattle) - $990 before Utilities

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at a studio in a house in U-District. Lease will end in September 2020. I’m moving out February 20, 2020 so you can move in right after or March 1st.

Rent is $990/month, plus $100-$130 utilities which is paid once every 2 month, and $15 internet/month. You’re looking at spending around $1075-$1100 per month for the studio.

To move in, you need to put down first month rent ($990), and deposit ($671).

About the studio: No Pets please.

It is similar to a mother in law but attached to house. You’ll have your own private bath and kitchen. Entrance is right in the back of house. Laundry can be done upstairs or in the basement.

Studio is furnished with bed frame (you can keep the mattress if you wish), desk, chair, floating wall shelves, storages, kitchen cart, stove/oven, full-size fridge, standing shower, microwave, and toaster. Lots of space to store your stuff, hang your plants and art pieces. Natural day light when it’s nice outside.

Location is very convenient. Walking distance to grocery stores, gyms, yoga, bus stops, library, etc. It is behind Amazing Thai Cuisine.

Tandem Parking is first come first serve in the back, or street parking in front which is free. I haven’t had a problem parking here.

Housemates are working professionals who are respectful and reliable.

I’m moving next to Microsoft for my job so I need to find a replacement for this studio.
