Welcome to our modern, 2-story home in the Baseline area of Broomfield (80023). We are offering a private, 2nd-floor bedroom with a big walk-in closet and a dedicated private bathroom.

The home has an open-concept living area and a kitchen with a granite island and updated appliances. It’s a great space for cooking. We are located in a quiet residential pocket with easy access to I-25 and E-470, making it an ideal spot for professionals commuting to Interlocken, Denver, or Boulder.

You’ll be sharing the home with me and my husband. I work as an Analytical Chemist and he runs a dance studio business. We are typically offsite for work during the day, so the house is generally quiet.

However, since we’re a creative and active household, the daytime can occasionally get a little lively! My husband occasionally teaches dance lessons at the house during the day, which brings some great energy into the space. When we aren’t working, you’ll usually find us gardening or heading out to the local Broomfield trails.

Meet Stormy The “true” owner of the house is our cat, Stormy. She is incredibly friendly and will definitely try to win you over with her mews. Because Stormy prefers being the only pet, we have a firm no-pets policy for the comfort of everyone (especially her!).
