Thalia's room

Located in Escondido CA. 7 min away from either 15 or 78 freeways. This is a single occupancy private unfurnished room that is available mid June. The bathroom is shared with one other person. Laundry and parking on site. Plenty of garage space for storage. Feel free to message for details. No smoking inside the house, outside is fine but not inside. Utilities are not included and split four ways among occupants.

We are all laid back easy going people. You’d be sharing bathroom with one girl. We all love to cook! Myself and my boyfriend work as nurses so our schedules are sporadic and our other roommate works a M-F job and is currently in her last year at CSUSM. I do have a one year old dog that loves to play and is very well behaved.
