AVAILABLE NOW The house is a shared space but the roommates are fun, easy going young professionals. The available room of the house is about 160 sqft total and has (2) large windows which allow for a lot of natural light. The shared bathroom (the bathroom will be shared with (2) very clean and friendly roommates) is just down the hallway and there is an additional shared linen closet where toiletries and other things may be stored. The house has central heat, new windows, great light and a swamp cooler for the summer. The room also has its own personal window unit to keep cool! There is plentiful additional storage space available inside the (2) car garage. Shared dining/living room and kitchen. Additionally, there are (2) living rooms, (1) upstairs and (1) downstairs so there is plenty of room to hang out in community or alone. There is also (1) room which is currently being used as a guest bedroom that is open for anyone to use. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, has a covered back porch with a firepit and large fenced backyard. It’s just a little ways off of the Belmar area, placing you 20 minutes away from downtown Denver or the nearest mountains. Very close to grocery, restaurants, a bus stop, parks and more. Rent is $800 a month plus 1/5 of utilities (average $80-100/month), which includes internet. If we both agree it would be a good fit, I will provide a lease form and ask for the first month’s rent plus a security deposit of $800 (fully refundable). Lease period is a minimum of 6-9 months. I can also arrange a video-call walk-through if you have more questions. Roommate will be expected to help out with basic house upkeep and keeping the place generally clean.
