Looking for a female roommate for a 2 bed / 2.5 bath duplex apartment in Wicker Park!

The apartment is in a great location near Division Street, restaurants, bars, shopping, and the Blue Line. It has hardwood floors, tall ceilings, in-unit laundry, central air, a renovated kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters, plus each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is also a half bath on the main level and in-unit laundry!

Ideal move-in would be this summer after graduation. Looking for someone clean, friendly, responsible, and excited to enjoy the city while also having a cozy place to come home to.
