Room for Rent in a Laid-Back 3-Bedroom Apartment (Available May 1st) I’m offering a great spare bedroom in MY spacious and easy-going 3-bedroom apartment. I’m looking for a respectful, professional male roommate who intends to stay for at least one year.

The Room: Available starting May 1st (or sooner!). The room is approximately 8 ft x 15 ft and comfortably fits a full-size bed. It comes unfurnished, but I can provide an upright dresser. Note: There is no built-in closet in this room.

Rent/Utilities: Rent is $1,100 per month.

Location: The apartment is conveniently located with easy access to bus lines and local shopping centers. If you have a car it’s street parking but this neighborhood does not have alternate side of the street

Important Note: The room is for single occupancy only.

About Us and Our Vibe We are two professional, gay males who keep a relaxed, informal, and tidy home.

Me: I work from home (MTA).

Pets: I have a cat! Fellow cat owners are welcome (let’s chat about any additional pets). We all pitch in to keep common areas clean and stocked with household supplies.

Move-In Details To secure the room, I require:

First Month’s Rent ($1,100)

One Month’s Security Deposit ($1,100)

I will require proof of employment (e.g., pay stubs or offer letter).
