Bubba's room

Shared four bedroom two bath, fully furnished house with owners. Room has a queen bed with air conditioning unit, closet, access to the kitchen, private yard, storage shed, laundry, large grill, pizza oven, outdoor sitting area, fire pit, plenty of parking and close to town.

This is our second home and used mostly in the off seasons for long weekends and occasional weeks or mid week days to access Fruita trails and garage. We are quiet, avid Mtn bikers, outdoor enthusiasts and enjoy the area as well as hanging out at the house.
