This is an upstairs duplex apartment on the north side of Bellingham, near the airport off of exit 258. It’s in a calm part of town, and no more than 15 minutes from any part of Bellingham. I’m looking for a roommate to replace my sister, who will be leaving at the end of the current lease. I would like to renew the lease for another 12 months. If you would like to live here, you will need to complete the application process through the apartment complex.

Your bedroom has a large closet and windows facing a small forest. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom will be shared space. Wifi ($15 each) and electricity are split with me. Water is included in the $863 rent. Laundry is in a separate unit, and is coin operated ($1.25 for washing, $1.00 for drying).

Hi I’m Rob, I’m 28 years old and I recently moved here from Maryland. I have a M-F work schedule driving for FedEx, and on the weekends I like to explore the area (hiking, breweries, etc.). I have a girlfriend in Canada that visits occasionally with her dog. I haven’t met many people here yet, so I’d love to make a friend out of this!
