Very nice neighborhood, near Boyd Lake State Park and bike/running path. Walking distance to Walmart and McKee Medical Center. Bedroom available 3/2 and second room available at the same time or soon after. • Both rooms and private bathroom: $1000/mon. • One bedroom and possible shared bathroom (if another renter takes the 2nd room) $750/mon. Includes utilities. Shared kitchen, (I am in generally in there only in the mornings), laundry room available, and a back patio for when the weather is nice. Parking available alongside house.

Looking for, generally, quite renter(s). As I live downstairs and work from home, loud music or activities upstairs would be a disturbance to me. No pets, children, or smoking.
