3 bedroom house, fully furnished, gig+ internet. Downstairs I only use when cooking or using the garage gym, hot tub outside and taking my doggo out. There’s a 75“ tv and fireplace that you can pretty much consider that your own space if you’d like.

Parking on-site is full, but plenty of street parking is available.

About the roomies

Zero couples or crazy situations please. I’m a 45-y/o retired military turned WA State IT pro. Male or Female is fine. I have a Fiancee’ who will I expect will move in around Aug-Sep, but who knows, so please be flexible as I will no longer need a roomate once she arrives. Basically looking for a roommate for 5-7 months. All included, zero drama.
