This one-bedroom goes for $600 per month and comes completely furnished with queen size bedroom set and TV. The shared spaces are the kitchen, living room, balcony, and laundry areas. All rooms are part of a 2,450 sq feet nice, clean (new) house located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Wilma Rudolph. High-speed Internet and utilities are included in the rent. You must be willing to have a voice conversation over the phone and meet in person during daytime hours in a public place. There is no obligation from either party to contract. You are welcome to schedule a viewing of the home before you sign anything. If you are a registered Sex offender, habitual or recreational drug user, save yourself some time and do NOT contact me at all. There will be a month-to-month rental agreement along with respective background checks. Please note that a Deposit equals a half month of rent. I don’t mind if you smoke, know we do have a very relaxing deck area with a nice view of nature here for you. There is No smoking or vaping inside the house.
