Female Roommate Ad 1 Female roomie wanted! There will be 3 of us total. No pets. Photos listed are of model home, my house is the same exact size and layout. 

Hi my name is Ashley! I’m a 28 yo respiratory therapist and I am renting out 2 rooms my brand new home that I just bought! My house is 10 mins east of Stapleton however is still addressed as Denver. 20 mins from downtown, very easy! It is 3 bed/2.5 bath with small side yard. Two bedrooms are available that will have a shared full bathroom (it has two sinks and there is a half bath downstairs). The house will have brand new washer, dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher. No pets, please. The community is brand new and the hub has a pool, hot tub, yoga room, BBQs and fire pit which is part of the housing community!

$950 per month not including utilities. There is a two car garage, one spot will be available for $50/month. 12 month lease preferred. You can have someone take over your lease if needed provided you pay rent until a new roomie is found. I get that life happens! Both rooms are not furnished. The house will be furnished.

About me: I’m a very active/social person! I enjoy climbing, hiking, trying new restaurants, cooking, traveling frequently, work 3 days a week for 12 hours (dayshift/night shift)! I love having game nights, cooking/baking or girls nights so would love if you could join me and my gfs!
