I have 1 fully furnished bedroom with a private jack and jill bathroom (other room vacant) currently available for rent. FEMALE only. $700 per month with a minimum 6 month lease. Utilities and internet included. You may access all common areas and small back yard/patio. Washer/dryer available for use. 1 Driveway spot or street parking. I have 2 dogs & 2 cats so please NO additional pets (exceptions can be made for fish, bearded dragons, turtles, etc). NO indoor smoking but may smoke outside.

I’m an RN & work night shift so I’m gone often at night. Otherwise when I’m home, I’m usually sleeping during the day, quiet and chill. My dogs do bark when meeting new people but are otherwise fairly quiet. Looking forward to meeting any potential roommates!
