Ideal for someone with no furniture. Looking for two roommates, preferably an individual whom is focused, career oriented /business goals. It’s a place to ‘crash’ and have a safe place to live.

I live with 3 mature cats and, I’m an artist, a painter. I work from home. I’m in my 60’s Hispanic, male. Pretty content and quiet environment. No partying nor loud music. I’m more laid back at any given time.
