It’s a 4 bed 2 bath home with spacious backyard. Smart lock used for front door access. Fully furnished living room area for all to enjoy. Kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you might need including pots, plates, silverware, etc. Washer and dryer located in garage area for shared use. Street parking available directly in front of house.

Available room is located upstairs. Bedroom has new vinyl flooring with vintage wallpaper from the 70’s! Spacious closet with sliding doors. Windows have original shutters and newly added tinting for some shade but the room does get a lot of the morning sunlight. Perfect for anyone who loves natural lighting!

Bathroom is shared with one other person & located upstairs directly next door to bedroom door. (See photo of 2 doors; right is bedroom and left door is bathroom.) Bathroom has double sinks, full shower with tub and lots of storage including 2 medicine cabinets and under sink cabinets.

House is occupied by 2 roommates, myself and RJ. I’m rarely home and RJ is usually in his room whenever he isn’t working.
