Doug's room

I own and live in a 3 bedroom townhouse in a lakefront community near Port City - the restaurant is at the end of the dock.

Ideal candidate will be at minimum, male, non alcoholic / non drug user, with the mental capacity to identify wide scale election fraud when it occurs in the USA.

Candidate must pay for background check and demonstrate ability to pay monthly rent.

I currently have two bedrooms available, the smaller for $700 and the larger bedroom for $750/mo. These rooms share a full bath. I stay in the master bedroom with a private full bath.

All common rooms including: kitchen, front and back living rooms, porch, backyard and garage will be shared.

The utilities (electric/gas/internet) will be split 2 or 3 ways, depending on occupancy.

Rooms have new carpeting, bathroom is freshly painted.

Rooms are unfurnished, with some storage space available in the garage and closet.

Lease will be month to month, which allows myself or you, the renter a one month notice to vacate.

I’m a 55 year old male working as an energy commodities trader. I enjoy running, biking, yoga, gym, bar hopping, going out to see bands, and weekend trips to nearby cities.
