Doug's room

I own and live in a 3 bedroom townhouse in a lakefront community near Port City - the restaurant is at the end of the dock.

I currently have two bedrooms available, the smaller for $550 and the larger bedroom for $650/mo. These rooms share a full bath. I stay in the master bedroom with a private full bath.

All common rooms including: kitchen, front and back living rooms, porch, backyard and garage will be shared.

The utilities (electric/gas/internet) will be split 2 or 3 ways, depending on occupancy.

Rooms have new carpeting, bathroom is freshly painted.

Rooms are unfurnished, with some storage space available in the garage and closet.

The smaller room is currently occupied, but will be available July 1, 2020. The larger room is open / unoccupied.

Pics shown are not of my specific townhouse, but mine is very similar to the yellow clapboard one shown.

I’m a 54 year old male working as an energy commodities trader downtown. I’m pretty active, as far as running, biking, gym, yoga, etc. I like to bar hop / see bands, road trip to nearby cities for weekends.
