House is in a small very quiet well established neighborhood. Location is off Grayson New Hope Rd and Chandler Rd. Close to 316 and Hwy 20. Convenient to 78, county parks, restaurants, and shopping. All in all a great area! Plenty of parking in the drive. One step up to porch and then no more steps! Kitchen and laundry priledges are included. Security deposit is nonrefundable. NO couples, children, pets, smokers or drug use. I will need proof of identity and income, 3 references and a background check from local police.

I (female owner, retired recently from Gwinnett schools) live here and will have 2 roomers, so a total of 3. Bedrooms are spread out in house giving more privacy. I am quiet and a Christian looking for roomies of similar values.
