This community has everything that you could think of. There is a resort style pool that is open in May, multiple fire pits throughout the complex, table tennis, corn hole, a 24/7 gym that has a separate weight room, cardio room, and yoga room. For any students, there is a private, and quiet study room located on the first floor. And the leasing office offers free bike rentals to get around the property quicker. The complex is located on the Anschutz Medical Campus, making it a short walk to Children’s Hospital, the VA, Anschutz, and Denver University. The light rail station is only a 5-10 minute walk as well. This is the perfect location for a working professional or a student. There are two bedrooms/2 bathrooms available.

One of the bedrooms is furnished, but that can be moved out. The apartment is nearly 1300sq feet, with decent sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The second master bedroom has a large bath tub and a walk in closet. The second available bedroom has a double entry into the bathroom (1 from the hallway, and 1 entry from the bedroom). There are mountain views from both bedrooms.

Currently it is just myself in the apartment. I am a nurse who works in the area. I do have a few furry animals, so unfortunately can’t accommodate anymore. There are two large breed dogs, so you must be comfortable around them. They are very well behaved, older guys. Also, there are 2 cats who mainly keep to themselves.

I am a very clean and organized person, so I ask that any future roommates keep all common areas clean and pitch in with maintaining the area. Outside of working, I enjoy camping, hiking, cooking, reading, or just having the lazy day at the apartment. I like to host the occasional game night with friends and stay fairly active.
