I’m a single 45 year old latin female/student and nurse looking for a roomie that has the same goals and aspirations as myself. I currently have a downstairs room rented to a single female and my partner does spend a few nights out of the month with me. Essentially it’s a girls home. I do have kids that visit from time to time but they have their own rooms in the home.
