Spacious room with nice lighting and a closet. Close to the bathroom which will kind of be shared with my daughter a few nights a week. 3 bedroom house, pretty open with a fenced-in backyard and screened-in patio. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I live alone with my 5 year old daughter who comes over 2-3 times a week. We like being home but go out a lot. I work at universal and work pretty much all weekend and have most of my weekdays off. We also have two black cats.
