Beverly's room

We have one room available, Our neighborhood is quiet , peaceful and safe. It has a variety of cultures and if you are looking to unwind you can enjoy some time at the nearby shopping and theaters. We are also within 2 miles of a running and biking trail. If you are a foodie the area has a lot of options for you as well. Room: Access to the basement and allow to use kitchen Full master bedroom: Full bathroom, it includes dresser and night stand. Master bedroom is located in the basement that has a suite like feeling.

I am a very quiet and to myself. I work quiet a lot and most of the time I am not at home. I like to keep things tidy and expect that same from a tenant, especially in the shared living areas.
