You get your own room, bathroom, and closet. Room comes with furniture (desk, bed, dressers,) unit is 1296 sq ft in total. We’re considering getting a cat later down the road so must be okay with cats.

You’ll live with me (Eddie) and Jess, we are two transgender teens, so must be cool with that. One of us is in college and wont be home much, the other only works. We’re both pretty respectful and clean up after ourselves, also we both enjoy cooking.
