Spacious and high ceiling private room with own bathroom within an elegant and quite family house (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms), located in a great neighborhood within a cul-de-sac in Los Gatos. The room is meticulously maintained, and it is fully furnished. The bedroom includes a queen bed, tempurpedic mattress, nightstand, lamp, chest, and large closet.

Rent includes:

• All bedding, towels;
• Laundry in the garage;
• Light use of the kitchen;
• Wifi and cable TV by Xfinity;
• Professional cleaning once a month;
• All the expenses (e.g., electricity and water)

5 minutes away from the downtown Los Gatos, close to 85, 17, Netflix, Good Samaritan hospital, etc.

Monthly rent $1600. One month is needed as a refundable security deposit. Notice that the room is for single occupancy only.
