Prime, beautiful, safe East Tosa location. Walking distance to library, yoga, North Ave shops, and many food options. Room looks out on yard with windows on two walls. Dining room, living room with faux fireplace. Sunny, lots of windows, great for plants. Dishwasher, microwave, juicer, central air, and our own washer and dryer downstairs to share.

I work early mornings and am an online student. I’m laid back, calm, considerate. Only occasionally have people over. I like to chill with my dogs when I’m not busy with work/school. I have two senior dogs so I’m looking for a fellow dog lover. I value kindness and consideration for others. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
