Shared spaces include downstairs bathroom, kitchen, living room, front porch, back patio, seasonal hot tub, and out door fireplace. Walkable neighborhood.

I will pay all utilities, including internet. Cable TV not included. Quiet hours Monday - Friday 10pm to 7am. No overnight guests or parties. Gatherings permitted with prior approval. No smoking or vaping on property. On street parking. Two noisy dogs and cats reside in house with two females.
