Morningside Drive

We are looking to rent out the 4th bedroom in our house. It’s a 10 by 11 room with two windows. Shared bathroom with a female, 2 sinks in the bathroom and private toilet and shower/tub for $650 a month plus utilities, cable and house/yard maintenance. Needed upon move in is $650 deposit plus a utility deposit of $100 that you will get back once you move out also first months rent of $650. This is a month to month lease situation. There’s a nice backyard with a hot tub, grill, and fire pit. All the common area is shared. We are all young (25-30 years old) working professionals with 9-5’s for the most part. Looking for a female to fill the room, no males will be considered. We are pretty mellow on the weekdays. We like to cook and hangout and drink a glass of wine together at night but keeping the partying pretty low key. It’s a nice, clean place and we all love living here. Looking for the right fit for all of us and a good asset to our home! It’s located in empire ranch by Vista HS. No additional pets, children or couples, this is a one tenant occupied room. Currently there are 4 of us here. A couple in the downstairs room with 2 very cute and loving small dogs and one kitty cat. Upstairs is the owner of the house, she also has a med/big dog-very lovable and the female you will be sharing the jack and jill bathroom with. We are all 25-30 years old.
