I just graduated from ASU and am starting a new job in Brea. I will be working full time so I won’t be in the apartment most of the day. The dog is mine and he is about 2 years old. He is very friendly. I pay my bills on time, usually in advance. I am pretty clean. If I am having a busy week it is possible that I might not get to my dishes right away but they won’t sit for more than a few days.

You would be sharing a room with my roommate. She is 23 and goes to CSU Fullerton. She works about 3 days a week in Anaheim. She is clean and respectful. She had a cat.
