Room 2: 1,250 The larger of the two available rooms, featuring a spacious closet and three large bay windows that fill the room with natural light and overlook the neighborhood and hills. Shares a bathroom with Room 1 and access to the same large hallway storage closet.
Utilities: WiFi, water, and electricity will be split among three roommates, along with a split of $65 monthly trash fee.
