2 b 2 bath that’s too big for me and my kitty so I’m lookin g for someone who won’t be any drama or trouble to come and check it out, it’s your own room and bathroom, closet space etc. Internet and cable included. Month to month. $350 security deposit and the rent is technically 1900 (950 each + electricity) but I’m willing to take less than that if I find the right fit. It’s really nice brand new appliances, gray painted walls, fancy new blinds, everything new and clean. Some furniture available for your room if you want it in there.
